Litigator of the week runners-up and shout-outs: White & Case secures rare ITC reversal for Voltage in patent infringement dispute

The American Lawyer's Litigation Daily recognized a team from White & Case, led by Intellectual Property partners Yar Chaikovsky, Philip Ou, Jordan Coyle, for securing a rare reversal from the US International Trade Commission for client Voltage in a patent dispute with Shoals Technologies Group over solar panel technology.
This week, the ITC found no violation of Section 337 by Voltage, reversing an earlier decision by an administrative law judge who had found Voltage infringed upon the final remaining patent at issue in the case.
The White & Case team also included partner Bruce Yen and associates Yolanda Xu, Sojung Yun, Brady Schoenlein and Radhesh Devendran.
