Overview
Anniina Nuutero advises clients in the field of corporate and financial transactions, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and bank finance transactions.
Anniina joined White & Case in 2022 after her graduation from law school. She was previously an Associate Trainee with the firm.
Experience
Representation of DNB Markets and SEB as joint global coordinators, and Danske Bank, Nordea and Swedbank as joint bookrunners, on the SEK 3.5 billion IPO and listing on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market of Sveafastigheter, a Sweden-based residential real estate company.
Representation of Sanoma, a listed learning and media company in Finland, on its inaugural €150 million offering of 4.000% social notes due 2027 on the Sustainable Debt Market of Nasdaq Helsinki. Nordea and Swedbank acted as joint lead managers.
