Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Elos Medtech (publ) on its fully underwritten SEK 4.3 billion rights issue to finance the acquisition of Klingel Holding GmbH.
The rights issue was fully underwritten by EM Intressenter AB, which is controlled by global investment organisation TA Associates.
Elos Medtech is a leading development and manufacturing partner for medical devices listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. TA Associates is its principal shareholder. Klingel is a leading contract development and manufacturing organization headquartered in Germany.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Johan Thiman (Stockholm) and included associates Gustaf Wiklund, Alexander Lausev Mardell, Timothy Sjövall, Rasmus Luning and Alexander Hase (all Stockholm), and Thomas Killeen, Helen Happonen, Anniina Nuutero (all Helsinki).
