White & Case advises Kempower on transferring listing of shares to Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Kempower on transferring its shares from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland to the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki.

Headquartered in Finland, Kempower is an electric vehicles fast charging manufacturer and solutions provider with operations in Finland, the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK. As of May 31, 2024, its market capitalization was approximately €1.3 billion.
