White & Case Advises Tufin on its US$570 Million Acquisition by Turn/River Capital

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Tufin Software Technologies Ltd., a company pioneering a policy-centric approach to security and IT operations, on its acquisition by Turn/River Capital for a total of US$570 million at a price per share of US$13. Turn/River is a software-focused investment firm.
