Biography

Overview

Naari is an associate in the Firm's Antitrust/Competition Group. Her practice focuses on advising clients on government merger investigations, antitrust compliance best practices, and global cross-border transactions with multiple merger clearance requirements. She has also represented clients in complex antitrust and commercial litigation matters, including a pharmaceutical "product hopping" case and an insurance company merger contract breach litigation.

Naari is also actively involved in the Firm's pro bono matters, with a particular focus on matters involving public health and health policy. She spent four months seconded to the Federal Public Defender's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, representing indigent clients in criminal matters.

Before joining the Firm, Naari interned in the Health Policy Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office. During law school, Naari was a Submissions Editor for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review.
