White & Case Advises SPIE on Sale of UK Mobile Maintenance Activities to Rcapital Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SPIE on the sale of SPIE UK's mobile maintenance activities to Rcapital Partners LLP.

SPIE UK is the British subsidiary of SPIE, the Euronext-listed independent European leader in multi-technical services in energy and communications. SPIE UK's mobile maintenance activities include facility- and property-related mobile services for public and private customers operating in the commercial, health, education, leisure, local authorities and retail markets.

Rcapital Partners LLP is an investment company that specialises in business turnarounds.
