White & Case advises SNB Capital on Arabian Company for Agriculture and Industrial Investment IPO

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SNB Capital as a sole financial advisor, underwriter and lead manager on the initial public offering and listing on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) of Arabian Company for Agriculture and Industrial Investment (Entaj), one of the leading poultry brands in Saudi Arabia.

Entaj is the second company to list on Tadawul this year and the institutional and retail tranches were, respectively, 208.4 times and 30.2 times oversubscribed, attracting SAR 93 billion (approximately US$24.8 billion) and SAR 1.4 billion (approximately US$373.3 million) in orders, with the total value of the offering amounting to around SAR 450 million (approximately US$120 million).

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Sami Al-Louzi (Dubai) and included associates Hamzeh Al Rasheed, Cassy Raby, Andrew Scott (all Dubai) and Husam Azhar (Riyadh).
