Overview

Andrew is an English law qualified associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group in Dubai. Andrew has extensive experience advising issuers and underwriters on a broad range of equity capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, SPACs and secondary fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange and across the wider EMEA region. He also regularly advises on listed company continuing obligations and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, Andrew worked at magic circle and international firms in London and Hong Kong.
