Biography
Overview
Andrew is an English law qualified associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group in Dubai. Andrew has extensive experience advising issuers and underwriters on a broad range of equity capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, SPACs and secondary fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange and across the wider EMEA region. He also regularly advises on listed company continuing obligations and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Andrew worked at magic circle and international firms in London and Hong Kong.

Represented Lulu Retail Holdings PLC on its pre-IPO reorganisation and successful intention to float on the ADX via a sale of 25% of its issued shares by its sole shareholder, Lulu International Holdings Limited
Ithaca Energy, 2022
Advised Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, HSBC Bank, Jefferies, BofA Securities and ING Bank on the £262 million IPO of Ithaca Energy and its premium listing on the LSE.
Empower, 2022
Advised Empower on its US$762 million IPO on the DFM.
888 Holdings, 2022
Advised J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Mediobanca and Barclays on a £163 million share placing by 888 Holdings.

Advised Hiro Metaverse Acquisitions I on its £115 million IPO and admission to trading on the LSE.

Advised Future on its £106 million rights issue and acquisition of Purch’s business-to-consumer business, its transfer from the standard to the premium listing segment of the Official List and its £104 million cash box placing and £140 million class 1 acquisition of TI Media.

Advised Barclays and J.P. Morgan on Provident Financial’s £331 million rights issue.

Advised J.P. Morgan, Numis and Rothschild on Laird’s £185 million rights issue.
