White & Case advises on senior and PIK financings for acquisition of Truesec by IK Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) and a top-tier direct lender on a senior/holdco PIK financing respectively for the acquisition of Truesec Group AB (Truesec) by IK Partners (IK). 

Truesec is the leading independent cybersecurity service provider in Sweden which prevents and reduces impact from cyberattacks.
