Sara Ben Othmen

Sara Ben Othmen is an associate in the BeLux Transactional practice and the Global Debt Finance and Capital Markets practice.

Sara advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures, including cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings (with a focus on syndicated facilities and direct lending transactions), refinancings, bridge facilities, bank/bond financings, and other lending transactions.

She has assisted clients in various sectors, including IT and high tech, logistics, retail, finance, insurance, automotive, and real estate sectors, as well as listed and unlisted companies and financial institutions and public entities alike.

Sara holds a Master's degree from the University of Brussels (VUB).
Prior to joining White & Case, she practiced for several years in the Banking and Finance department of a leading Benelux firm.
