White & Case Advises Nestlé on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Ankerkraut

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nestlé on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ankerkraut GmbH and a related shareholder agreement. 

Ankerkraut's current management team will continue to run the business independently. 

Founded in 2013, Ankerkraut offers spice blends with authentic flavors from around the world. In addition to a large selection of spices, Ankerkraut also offers teas, sets and Advent calendars. The products are available online, in five Ankerkraut stores in Germany, and in retail and specialty stores in Germany and Austria.

The transaction is subject to customary approvals.
