White & Case advises Lanes Group and shareholders on investment from Global Infrastructure Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Lanes Group and its shareholders on a significant investment from Global Infrastructure Partners, part of BlackRock, which will take a majority stake in the business.
Lanes Group is a family-founded business that is one of the leading providers of water and wastewater solutions across the UK with over 2,000 employees.
The White & Case team in London which advised on the transaction was led by partners Richard Jones and Mike Weir and included partners Emmie Jones, Helen Joseph, Will Smith, Martin Forbes, Victoria Landsbert, Tim Hickman, Phillip Trillmich and Michael Engel, and associates Norah Arafeh, Sara Bilge, Michelle Lee, Prithvij Beniwal, Alexander Ward, Shehnai Arora, Alec Buchanan, Ben Morrison, Wiesia Wagstyl, Joseph Kania, Vishnu Rege and Daniel Mair.
