Biography
Overview
Joseph Kania is an associate in our global Real Estate industry group based in London. He has advised on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions in sectors including financial services, healthcare, mining and metals, energy, and infrastructure.
Joseph joined the London office as a trainee and completed seats with the Mergers & Acquisitions, Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance, and Private Equity practices. He has also spent six months on secondment to the Firm's Dubai office where he worked with the Debt Finance team.

Representation of a global alternative investment manager as lender in relation to the acquisition financing of a portion of the Royal Albert Docks in London.
Representation of a financial services group in respect of the amendment and restatement of a facility to fund the acquisition of a portfolio of non-performing loans secured by properties in Spain.
Representation of a UK bank as lender in relation to a facility as part of the acquisition financing of 5-9 Great Newport Street in London.
Representation of a leading provider of private equity capital and private credit financing as lender in relation to the acquisition financing of Erdington Industrial Park in Birmingham.
