Alec Buchanan

Alec Buchanan is an associate in our global Tax practice based in London. Alec has a range of experience advising corporate, investment fund and financial institution clients in respect of the tax aspects of cross-border investments and structuring, structured and cross-border finance, corporate acquisitions involving both share sales and business sales in addition to restructurings and complex incentive arrangements.

Alec also has experience of advising on tax aspects of transfers of real estate interests, and general advisory on international taxation matters, including multi-jurisdictional fund structuring and procuring complex double taxation treaty clearances for multi-layered international lending structures.
