Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Koskisen Corporation on its initial public offering on Nasdaq Helsinki.
Koskisen is a family-owned Finnish wood processing company with more than a hundred years of operating history. It uses wood as the main raw material in production, which it processes into sawn timber, plywood and chipboard.
The White & Case team in Helsinki which advised on the transaction was led by partner Mikko Hulkko and included associates Krista Enarvi, Thomas Killeen, Ben Tuiskula, Helen Happonen and Anniina Nuutero.
