White & Case advises Korian on entry into exclusive negotiations with Colisée and Vivalto Vie for the sale of long-term care facilities in France

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Korian, the leading European care services group for elderly and vulnerable people, on its entry into exclusive negotiations with Colisée to sell 21 facilities and Vivalto Vie to sell 11 facilities. 

The sites that are the subject of the negotiations are across ten regions in France. The transactions should enable Korian to streamline its footprint in order to focus on the creation of care pathways by area.
