White & Case Advises Kempower Corporation on IPO and Listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Kempower Corporation on its initial public offering (IPO) and the listing of all its shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland for a market capitalization of €319 million at the offer price.

"This is the eighth IPO the Helsinki office has advised on in 2021, which demonstrates our strength and experience in the market," said White & Case partner Mikko Hulkko, who co-led the Firm's deal team. "Combined with our track-record in Sweden this year, we have truly cemented our position as a market leading ECM practice in the Nordics."

Carnegie acted as the sole global coordinator and bookrunner on the IPO. 

Based in Lahti, Finland, Kempower is a Finnish electric vehicle fast charging equipment and solutions manufacturer and provider. 

The White & Case team in Helsinki which advised on the transaction was led by partners Mikko Hulkko and Petri Avikainen and included associates Jenni Nygård, Benjamin Tuiskula, Oona Lilja, Liisa Rekola, Maija Kokkonen, Samuel Salmivirta and Helen Happonen.
