Overview

Samuel is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group in the Firm's Helsinki office. Samuel advises both public and private companies as well as private equity sponsors on their M&A transactions and other corporate matters in Finland. In addition, Samuel has experience in equity and debt capital offerings in Finland.
