White & Case Advises Joint Global Coordinators on Sitowise’s IPO and Nasdaq Helsinki Listing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB and Danske Bank A/S, as joint global coordinators, on Sitowise Group Plc's €161 million initial public offering (IPO) and Nasdaq Helsinki listing.

Via the IPO Sitowise raised gross proceeds of approximately €75 million and Intera and certain other shareholders sold shares worth approximately €85 million.

Sitowise is a Finnish construction consulting company with more than 1,900 employees based in Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Latvia. The company was created in 2018 through a merger between Sito Oy and Wise Group Finland Oy.

The White & Case team in Helsinki which advised on the transaction was led by partners Mikko Hulkko and Petri Avikainen and included associates Jenni Nygård, Ben Tuiskula, Tommi Kolehmainen, Samuel Salmivirta.
