White & Case advises International Game Technology on €500 million high yield senior secured notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised International Game Technology PLC (IGT), a global leader in the supply of lottery solutions, on its €500 million high yield bond issuance
The bond was issued by IGT Lottery Holdings B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGT, and guaranteed on a senior basis by IGT and certain of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. The notes were sold pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act,listed on the Official List of Euronext Dublin and admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
