White & Case advises Fondation Santé Service on proposed acquisition of Clariane’s French Hospitalisation à Domicile activities

Global law firm White & Case LLP as advised Fondation Santé Service, the leading French player in home hospitalization, on an exclusive agreement with Clariane to acquire all its Hospitalisation à Domicile and Services de Soins Infirmiers à Domicile activities in France.

The transaction is subject to finalization of legal documentation and the transfer of administrative authorizations by the relevant health authorities. The process of informing and consulting the employee representative bodies concerned has been initiated.
