Overview
Yeram Kim is an associate in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions department of White & Case in Paris.
Fluent in French, English and Korean, Yeram is at ease working on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions on behalf of multinational clients, including investment banks, funds, industrials, listed, and non-listed companies, from all sectors, in particular in the energy and infrastructure, banking and insurance sectors.
Prior to joining White & Case, Yeram worked for an international high profile law firm in Paris.

Ivanhoe Mines on the signing of a new joint venture (JV) agreement with State-owned mining company Gécamines to restart the high-grade Kipushi zinc/copper/silver mine, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Fondation Santé Service, the leading French player in home hospitalization, on an exclusive agreement with Clariane to acquire all its Hospitalisation à Domicile and Services de Soins Infirmiers à Domicile activities in France.
Caisse d'Epargne et de Prévoyance Hauts de France, a member of Groupe BPCE, on the contemplated acquisition of 100 percent of the capital of Bank Nagelmackers, Belgium's oldest bank, from China's Dajia Insurance group.
