White & Case advises Eire Capital on the acquisition of real estate properties

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Eire Capital on the acquisition of the real estate portfolio of three properties located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México.

The purpose of the transaction is to increase the portfolio of industrial properties of Eire Capital in one of the most productive cities of the Mexico-United States border. White & Case's role included the detailed due diligence of each one of the properties, regulation of governmental and permits, and negotiation of the acquisition documents.

Eire Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on the Mexican and the U.S. markets with decades of accumulated experience in real estate investments.

The White & Case team was led by Real Estate local partner Alfonso Vargas Mayoral, and included Capital Markets counsel Jorge Escalante, and Real Estate associate Sofía Elizaga (all in Mexico City).
