Overview
Sofia focuses her practice on Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate.
She has handled complex mergers and acquisitions, including public takeovers and corporate restructurings, advising buyers, private equity funds, sellers, and financial advisors across diverse industries.
Sofia has also provided legal advice in real estate transactions, managing the full spectrum of asset classes for both domestic and international clients.
Prior to joining White & Case, Sofia worked as an associate for several years at a leading Mexican law firm in the M&A, real estate, and capital markets practices.
