White & Case Advises BYTE Acquisition Corp. on Business Combination with Airship AI Holdings, Inc.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised special purpose acquisition company BYTE Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: BYTS), on its entry into a definitive agreement for a business combination with Airship AI Holdings, Inc., a robust AI-driven edge video, sensor and data management platform for government agencies and enterprises, for a pre-money equity value of US$225 million, that will result in Airship AI becoming a public company. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined company is expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol AISP.
Airship AI's products gather unstructured data from surveillance cameras and sensors, applies artificial intelligence analytics and provides visualization tools to improve decision making in mission critical environments. The company aims to improve public safety and operational efficiency for the public sector and commercial customers by providing predictive analysis of events before they occur and meaningful intelligence to decision makers.
