White & Case advises bank syndicate on refinancing of RENK Group’s existing facilities and bonds

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a syndicate of 14 banks and financial institutions from Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific on the refinancing of Renk Group's existing facilities and existing bonds.

RENK Group is a Germany-based global manufacturer of transmissions, engines, hybrid drive systems, vehicle suspension systems, plain bearings, couplings and testing systems.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Vanessa Schürmann and included partners Gernot Wagner, Andreas Lischka and Sebastian Schrag, local partner Markus Fischer and associates Merve Mert, Angela Fleck and Jan-Christopher Wilhelms and international attorneys Ben McIver and Juliana Leão.
