Experience

Advising Delivery Hero SE on extending the maturity of its existing US$813 million and €300 million term loans, raising additional term loans with an aggregate amount of approximately €740 million equivalent, increasing its existing revolving credit facility to €500 million and borrower-friendly amendments to the loan terms.

Advising Proman AG on a green loan ship financing in support of the launch of an industry-first sustainable shipping fund in partnership with Stena Bulk AB (shipping company).

Advising Tenneco on the establishment of an asset-based credit facility consisting of aggregate commitments totaling approximately US$1.2 billion.

Advising Delivery Hero SE on a Term Loan B comprising of a US$825 million term facility and a €300 million term facility.

Advising a banking consortium on the more than €1 billion refinancing of Boels Topholding B.V. (Boels), a European company which rents machines, tools, units and catering and event equipment.

Advising a syndicate of banks on the €100 million increase of the Term Loan B of Befesa S.A. (Befesa) to now €626 million. Citibank Europe plc, UK Branch acted as facility agent and Citibank N.A., London Branch as security agent for the increase.

Advising BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and the other initial purchasers on the inaugural Rule 144A/Regulation S issuance by JAB Holdings B.V. of US$500 million in aggregate principal amount of 2.200% senior notes due 2030.
