Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised A.P. Moller Capital, a fund management company focused on infrastructure investments, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Bergé Infraestructuras y Servicios Logísticos, S.L.U. (Bergé) from Bergé y Compañía, S.A.
Founded in Spain over 150 years ago, Bergé provides logistics services primarily in Iberia and Latin America, with a presence in 27 ports across Spain and Southern France, as well as operations in Mexico and Colombia.
Established in 2017, A.P. Moller Capital is an affiliate of A.P. Moller Holding and a value-add infrastructure fund manager with approximately US$2 billion in assets under management.
