Karuna Naidoo is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. She is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.

Karuna focuses on advising private equity sponsors and other financial investors on a range of complex cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, co-investments, minority and growth capital investments.

Karuna's experience includes representation of:

KPS Capital Partners and its portfolio companies on:

  • its approximately $2.7 billion acquisition of the Europe, Middle East and Africa food, aerosol and promotional packaging business from Crown Holdings*;
  • its €1.38 billion acquisition of the global aluminum rolling business of Norsk Hydro ASA*; and
  • its acquisition of Euskal Forging*.

Apollo Global Management, Inc. and its portfolio companies on:

  • its acquisition of a majority stake in AS Graanul Invest*;
  • its acquisition of a majority stake in and subsequent take-private of Reno De Medici S.p.A*.; and
  • its acquisition of Fiskeby International Holding AB*.

General Atlantic and its portfolio companies on numerous transactions, including:

  • its investment in Crehana*;
  • its investment in Mollie*; and
  • its investment in dLocal and in its initial public offering*.

KKR and its portfolio companies in transactions, including:

  • in Telxius Towers's €7.7 billion sale of its telecommunications tower unit to American Tower Corporation*; and
