Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Altitude Group, a fibre network developer specialising in Public Initiative Networks (PINs), on its acquisition of infrastructure fund Quaero Capital's stake in the two major fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) concessions of the Grand Est region: Rosace Fibre and Losange Fibre.

Altitude Group was already a minority shareholder in Rosace and Losange, whose networks bring fibre to more than 1.4 million homes and businesses, and will become the majority controlling shareholder following the acquisition.

White & Case previously advised Altitude Group on its acquisition of Covage and infrastructure fund Marguerite's stake in three French FTTH concessions: Losange (Grand Est region), Rosace (Alsace) and Fibre 31 (Haute Garonne).

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Alexis Hojabr and included partners Amaury de Feydeau and Jean-Luc Champy, counsel Paul Loisel and Quirec de Kersauson, and associates Alexandre Balat, Clément Cenreaud, Anaïs Eudes, Ahmed Boulahcen, and Camille Fouqué.
