White & Case Advises Altitude Group on investment in three French FTTH concessions

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Altitude Group, a fiber network developer specializing in Public Initiative Networks (PINs), on its acquisition of infrastructure fund Marguerite's stake in three major French FTTH concessions: Losange (Grand Est region), Rosace (Alsace) and Fibre 31 (Haute Garonne).
"White & Case previously advised Altitude Group on its acquisition from Covage of 26 fibre networks, and we are positioned as one of the market leaders in brownfield M&A transactions in the telecom infrastructure sector," said White & Case partner Alexis Hojabr, who led the Firm's deal team.
The portfolio covers approximatively 1.7 million of fibre optic connections to households, public institutions and companies.
