Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Alder on the sale of SATEL Oy.
Alder is a Nordic investment fund focused on creating opportunities for sustainable technology companies to accelerate growth and strategic development. Its investments focus on established companies with profitable growth and annual turnovers of between SEK 100 million and SEK 750 million.
SATEL is a technological leader in the private radio modem and wireless data communications markets. Its products are used in wide range of industrial applications globally, including electricity distribution, machine control, harbour logistics, weather stations, environmental monitoring, precise positioning and irrigation systems.
