Overview
Satu Lindvall advises clients in the field of corporate and financial transactions, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and bank finance transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2021, Satu was a lawyer at another law firm in Helsinki.
Experience
Representation of Valmet, a Finland-based global developer and supplier of process technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries, on its €380 million acquisition of Körber's Business Area Tissue, a tissue packaging technologies and services provider.
Representation of DNV AS, an independent assurance and risk management provider headquartered in Norway, on its voluntary recommended cash tender offer for all the issued and outstanding shares and stock options in Nixu, a listed cybersecurity services company in Helsinki.
Representation of Nexans S.A. (Euronext Paris: NEX), one of the world's leading suppliers of cable technologies and services, on its EUR 53 million acquisition of Reka Cables Ltd., a Finnish cable manufacturer, from Reka Industrial Plc (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki: REKA).
Representation of Hexatronic Group AB (publ), a fiber optic company based in Sweden, on its acquisition of US-based Rochester Cable, a leading manufacturer of electro-optical cables for operation in harsh environments, from industrial technology company TE Connectivity.
Representation of investment firm Triton on its acquisition of a majority share in Esperi Care, a leading residential care provider in Finland. The current owners Ilmarinen, Danske Bank and SEB will continue as minority shareholders in partnership with Triton.
