White & Case advises Adler Group on sale of real estate portfolio in western Germany

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Adler Group S.A on the sale of a majority stake in its Cosmopolitan Portfolio, located in North Rhine-Westphalia, to Orange Capital Partners and One Investment Management Ltd.

The transaction includes the sale of 89.9 percent of the shares in subsidiaries owning the Cosmopolitan Portfolio. The portfolio, comprising 6,788 rental units located across key cities such as Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Essen, Oberhausen and Dortmund, was valued at €422.5 million for 100 percent of the gross asset value.
