Overview
Maximilian is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice at the Firm's Hamburg office.
Maximilian advises national and international corporate clients including (listed) corporations, medium-sized companies, private equity firms and other financial sponsors and institutions on all aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, equity investments and co-investments, disposals, public takeovers, and general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate, Maximilian gathered vast professional experience in advising Private Equity clients during his legal clerkship in the Firm's Dubai office.
Experience
Advised Adelis on its acquisition of a majority stake in Btwentyfour to support the company in its next stage of growth and product development.
Advised Adler Group S.A. on the sale of its 62.78 percent stake in Brack Capital Properties N.V., held by Adler Real Estate GmbH, to LEG Immobilien SE for €219.3 million.
Advised Georg Fischer AG, a Swiss industrial company listed on SIX Swiss Exchange, on the divestment of its Machining Solutions Division to United Grinding Group, a Swiss-based manufacturer of grinding technology.
