The 2nd edition of the transformation rights commentary published by Nomos-Verlag has been published with the significant participation of White & Case lawyers.
The publication covers all provisions of the UmwG, the UmwStG and the SpruchG in one volume, so the practitioner involved in a conversion can expect answers to all important material and procedural questions.
