Biography
Overview
Zuzanna Tałady is an associate in the real estate practice at the Warsaw office of White & Case. She provides legal assistance in the field of real estate law, building law and environmental law in connection with cross-border transactions.
Zuzanna has participated in various acquisition/disposal transactions (both asset deals and share deals), including due diligence exercises. She also advises clients with issues pertaining to negotiations and preparing lease agreements.
Prior to joining White & Case, Zuzanna gained experience in law firms in Germany.
Experience
CTP: representation of the CTP Group in the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from 7R, a Polish industrial developer, with potential to develop 1.2 million sqm of GLA in logistics and industrial real estate. The portfolio consists of projects in Silesia and central and northern Poland that are in the development phase, such as in Warsaw and Katowice, as well as other sites across Poland that are still in the pre-development phase.
Catella: representation of Catella, a Swedish company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's main market, in connection with the establishment of its Polish operations through the acquisition of a 65% stake in Warsaw Property Partners (WPP), an independent Polish company offering comprehensive management of real estate investments.
LaSalle: representation of LaSalle Investment Management on all leasing and asset management matters connected with a large shopping center located in Wrocław.
Generali Group: representation of the Generali Group and provision of daily legal advice in connection with the operation of office buildings in Poland.
Participation in M&A and real estate transactions, including due diligence reviews and preparation of the relevant transaction and contractual documentation.
