Overview
Victor Pierre is a funds and investment management associate in our global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.
Victor has experience in establishing and maintaining investment funds, carry partnerships and co-investment vehicles that invest across a range of asset classes and strategies including venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and energy.
Victor also regularly assists investors on their participation/investments in alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining White & Case, Victor practiced in the funds and investment management department of the Luxembourg office of a major international law firm.

- Matter Real Estate LLP on the establishment of Luxembourg-domiciled real estate fund
