Overview
SuZanne is an Associate in the Firm's Project Development and Finance Group. She has acted for sponsors and financiers on a number of complex project finance transactions, general corporate finance matters and public-private partnerships, with a particular focus on the power and energy sectors.
Experience
Advising the developer sponsors (Perdaman) in relation to all aspects of the US$4 billion financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Perdaman Chemical Urea Project in Western Australia.
Advising sponsors (Neoen) in relation to on the financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance and project financing of the 209MW Goyder South 1A Wind Farms in South Australia.
Advising sponsors (FRV) the borrower in relation to the refinancing of the Lilyvale Solar Farm in New South Wales.
Advised financiers to Australian Super and Singtel in relation to the debt financing aspects of the acquisition of the Optus Towers Network.
Advised financiers to Australian Super and Singtel in relation to the debt financing aspects of the acquisition of Axicom, Australia's largest independent mobile towers owner.
Advised financiers in relation to the financing, development, construction and operation of the Yunlin Solar Project in Taiwan.
Advised sponsors (FRV) in relation to the financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Metz Solar Farm in New South Wales.*
Advised sponsors (CWP Renewables and Partners Group) in relation to the financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance, and offtake of the Crudine Ridge Wind Farm, Sapphire Wind Farm and Bango Wind Farm, each in New South Wales.*
