Stefan Haiplik

Stefan Haiplik advises domestic and international clients on all areas of intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) law.

He represents companies in court on matters relating to IP and IT law, especially in interim injunction proceedings. Also, he provides conceptual advice on advertising and trademark strategies.

Before joining White & Case LLP, Stefan Haiplik worked for another international law firm in its IP practice group.

Stefan Haiplik is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR).
