Savi is a partner in our Global M&A and Corporate practice and India Country Practice and is based in London.

Savi regularly advises clients on private and public M&A transactions focussing on emerging markets including South Asia and Africa. He is a market leader in advising international companies and financial sponsors on their Indian transactions and Indian corporates on their international M&A. He has extensive experience in the energy, chemicals, healthcare, financial services, telecom, real estate and industrial sectors.

Key clients include Reliance Industries, Mahindra & Mahindra, New York Life and Sumitomo Telecom.

Rosneft on the US$12.9bn acquisition of a minimum 49% equity stake in Essar Oil and its joint venture with a consortium of international investors.*

Reliance Industries its acquisition of Faradion Limited, a sodium ion battery business and a minority stake in and technology licensing arrangements with Nexwafe, a manufacturer of solar wafers.*
