Rebecca Ling

Rebecca Ling is counsel in the Investment Funds group, based in Hong Kong.

Rebecca has a variety of experience assisting and advising fund managers on establishing and structuring both open and closed-end private funds, including hedge, private equity, credit funds, real estate and special situations funds. Investors in such funds have included a range of US investors such as, US tax-exempt, US taxable, ERISA investors, US state pension plan, as well as various non-US HNW individual, family offices, SWF and other institutional investors.

On the investor side, Rebecca advises a range of domestic and international clients, including institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices investing in private investment funds focused globally and in the Asian region.

Rebecca also has a specific focus on secondaries, working on a number of deals in this space.
