Rachna Talati is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group based in Singapore. She regularly advises underwriters and issuers on various equity and debt capital markets offerings, including IPOs, rights offerings, qualified institutional placements (QIP), and bond issuances, as well as block trades.
