Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Securities Limited and Emkay Global Financial Services Limited as the book running lead managers on the Regulation S IPO of Awfis Space Solutions Limited, the largest flexible workspace solutions company in India.
"This transaction marked the first listing in India of a flexible workspace solutions company and required a novel analysis of the business and operations of the issuer," said White & Case partner Rahul Guptan, who co-led the Firm's deal team. Awfis Space Solutions Limited offers a broad spectrum of flexible workspace options catering to start-ups, small and medium enterprises, large corporates and multi-national corporations. It is the largest flexible workspace solutions company in India based on the total number of centers as of December 31, 2023.
