Biography
Overview
Philip Eichhorn is a member of the M&A/Corporate practice group in the Frankfurt office of White & Case.
He advises companies as well as financial investors on all aspects of corporate law as well as national and cross-border M&A transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case as a lawyer, Philip Eichhorn worked for the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) during his legal clerkship. He also gained practical experience in corporate law as a legal trainee at the Frankfurt White & Case office. He studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg, the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and the Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt am Main.
