Philip Crowe
Biography
Overview
Philip is an associate in the EU law practice group of White & Case. He advises clients on a broad range of EU trade and regulatory matters in sectors such as financial services, aviation, technology, telecoms, FMCG, chemicals, life sciences and energy. He also represents clients in these sectors in litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union. He previously spent time working in the firm's Paris office.
Before joining White & Case, Philip qualified as a solicitor at a leading Irish law firm and worked in the firm's White Collar Crime team where he represented corporate clients before regulators and in litigation before the Irish Superior Courts, additionally advising on antitrust, energy and life sciences matters. Philip previously worked in the Legal Division of the UK Department for International Trade where he assisted with free trade agreement negotiations and international trade disputes before the WTO, and taught EU law to undergraduates at University College Dublin. He contributes regular EU law reports to an Irish commercial legal journal, and he is registered on Clár na Gaeilge (the Irish Language Register of Solicitors) to provide legal services through the Irish language.
