Biography
Overview
Olga is an associate in our Project Development and Finance practice, based in Abu Dhabi. She specializes in projects and transactions in the energy and natural resources sector, advising clients in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and CIS countries on supply and service agreements, M&A arrangements and project delivery. She has acted for procurers and sponsors on a number of complex PPP projects with a particular focus on power sectors, resources and infrastructure and provides services to multinational companies on general corporate and commercial issues with respect to their operations.
Experience
Representation of Independent Petroleum Company (IPC) on establishing a joint venture with Alliance Group (Alliance), a leading independent oil and gas player with vertically integrated operations in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, and the related financing.
Representation of TNK-BP on the establishment of a gas processing joint venture with SIBUR.
Representation of EN+ on the sale of Afipsky Oil Refinery to NefteGazIndustria Group.
Representation of Donbass Fuel-Energy Group (DTEK), a part of Ukraine's financial and industrial group System Capital Management, on the proposed acquisition of the Chikha coal mine in the Rostov region of Russia and related subsoil use issues.
Representation of State Grid Corporation of China in connection with its establishment of a joint venture for the long-term acquisition of electricity from the Russian Federation.
