Nicola Acconcia

Nicola Acconcia is member of the White & Case Italian practice. His main area of practice is Capital Markets.

Prior joining White & Case in January 2023 Nicola practiced as a legal intern in another major international law firm in Milan working in the Banking & Finance department. Nicola graduated at the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre with the thesis "Risk allocation in M&A agreements: an economic and comparative analysis". He was also selected as a scholarship winner for "US‑Italy Dual Degree Law Program".
