Overview
Léa Menaut is an associate in the EMEA Corporate M&A team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.
Fluent in French and English, Léa is involved in corporate transactions in all manner of M&A, including both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (private equity transactions and industrial M&A), financial and/or operational restructuring as well as real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm in September 2022, Léa acquired experience in M&A departments of several high profile law firms in Paris.

Her recent significant experience includes:
Joint-venture between Axa Reim France and in'li (2021)*
Advising Axa in connection with a joint venture agreement entered into with in'li regarding their investment in a newly created property company owning a portfolio of c.9,800 residential units in the greater Paris region.
Acqusition of Kley by AXA IM - Real Assets (2019)*
Advising Axa in connection with the sale by Oaktree Capital Management of its majority stake in the "Groupe Kley".
